Shipping and Insurance Please note: - If you remove ROUTE insurance from your checkout cart, we are not responsible for your package. - You must add this service to protect your package(s). - USPS Ground Saver is the cheapest and slowest mail service. Avoid this option if you're in a rush. - USPS is currently unreliable in my area, so consider upgrading to UPS if possible. - We do not replace orders due to slow movement, mail delays, or extra days. Plan your orders accordingly. Turnaround Time (TAT) - TAT is clearly stated at the top of my Facebook group and on this website. - Current TAT is: - 5-7 business days for completed items. - 14-21 business days for tie-dye/embroidery completed items. - 1-2 business days for DTF/Screens transfers. - Vacations, weekends, and holidays do not count towards TAT. - I prioritize quality work and will not rush orders. Transfers and Printing - If you purchase transfers, read the pressing instructions and disclaimer on my website. - For transfers, follow these steps: 1. Allow transfers to warm down/cold peel. 2. Use a teflon sheet over transfers and clear heat tape to keep them in place during pressing. - I am not responsible for issues caused by incorrect pressing or file errors. - If you order over 4 prints, they will come on a roll. Do not cut your roll. I need a photo of the entire roll for any issues. Licensing and File Responsibility - Ensure you have proper licensing for files you submit. - I am not liable for files you submit if you do not hold proper licensing. - Verify that designers allow for 3rd party printing and obtain a proper commercial license if necessary. Tracking and Communication - Check your tracking using your Shopify account email or PayPal login. - Allow up to 48 hours for me to respond to issues, concerns, or feedback.
